Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to subscription and listing fees paid to Listi.ae for business listing services. Referral rewards between businesses and referrers are not covered by this policy.
2. Free Listing
The free Business Listing plan has no associated charges and therefore no refund applies.
3. Paid Subscriptions
For the Business Flexi and Business Growth plans:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds are only available if no listing has been published or services utilized during the subscription period.
- Once a listing goes live or promotional services are delivered, the subscription fee is non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at Hi@listi.ae with your account email and reason for the refund. Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
6. Exceptions
Listi.ae reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy violation, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the refund process.
